Co-founded in 2017 by Bertin Nahum, Quantum Surgical is an innovative surgical robotic company which develops a unique mini-invasive surgery solution dedicated to liver cancer treatment by percutaneous ablation.
Our platform combines robotics, image analytics, and artificial intelligence to enable physicians to better plan, treat, and evaluate their interventions.
This pathology is the second deadliest cancer and affects 840 000 persons each year in the world.
To support the commercial launch of our solution Epione®, we are building our Sales team and we are looking for an Area Sales Manager – France.
Reporting to the Sales Director – Europe, you will have to deploy the sales strategy across France.
Your missions will be the following:
•Drive the sales process in France.
•Build a pipeline of potential customers.
•Organize site visits and demos with potential customers.
•Identify the project leader at customer site and set up regular meetings to move forward the project.
•Ensure the sales process is moving forward the right way.
•Report progress on sales to Direct Management.
•Develop strategies to optimize sales results, sales & marketing performance as well as market presence.
•Work in close cooperation with clinical and regulatory teams.
•Animate distributor network.
•Participate in regional meetings and congresses.
•Ability to travel internationally as required by the mission.
•You have a Master of Science, in Business or equivalent in medical fields.
•You have at least 5 years of experience in the development of medical devices.
•You have a proven track record in Sales in the medical device industry, including at least 5 years in interventional radiology sales device and/or CE sales.
•You have a strong knowledge of an Interventional Room & Operating Room.
•You can work autonomously.
•You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and French is your mother tongue.
