Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Director to be responsible for creating and leading a marketing strategy to support and drive the adoption of our Epione® Interventional Oncology Robot across United States.
The Marketing Director will lead the direction, development, and execution of all Quantum Surgical US marketing efforts inclusive of internal and external customer-facing resources to drive the adoption and sustainable growth of our robotic platform.
This candidate requires strong organizational, project management and presentation skills.   We are looking for a team player that is adept at working with motivated, self-directed, fast-paced, and highly collaborative cross-functional teams.

Your missions will be the following:

  • Lead development of marketing initiatives supporting the successful market launch and scalable growth of the Epione® Robotic system.
  • Develop a successful marketing plan to bring products to full market commercialization.
  • Develop and manage marketing plan, strategy, and budget.
  • Prepare and present marketing initiatives, accomplishments, and goals to Leadership Team on a regular basis.
  • Support the field sales team in building and maintaining successful customer relations by developing KOL relations and strategies to drive tech adoption and sustainable market growth.
  • Assist the commercial team in the attainment of sales revenue objectives.
  • Prepare and support trade show venues, and physician education programs/ workshops.
  • Manage corporate public relations.
  • Refine sequence and resources for effective customer launch strategies.
  • Build a comprehensive market analysis for competitive, existing, and future technologies.
  • Manage relationships with vendor contracts, marketing consultants, trade-show staff, societies.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners in Ablation, Imaging, and other adjacencies.
  • Maintain open, effective communication with all Quantum Surgical customers, partners, and employees.
  • Work with field sales supporting sales calls and serve as an effective company manager to the physician and hospital partners for Quantum Surgical products and services.
  • Maintain current competitive knowledge of existing and impending image-guided/ navigation, robotics, and other interventional radiology market developments.
  • Monitor and analyze local market data to support evolving commercial strategies.
  • Receive technical inquiries, remit product development follow up and adhere to regulatory reportable event processes in a timely manner.
  • Strategize and build a demo/showroom experience for Epione® to facilitate certifications and sales development.
  • Assist in Sales Training development and execution developing key messages and objection handling.
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing communication efforts.
  • Build strong clinical relationships with target customers and thought leaders.
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Assisting with website content & design.
  • Social media campaign management & execution.
  • Develop strategies for trade shows and conferences to maximize lead generations and sales.
  • Attend clinical meetings, congresses, trade shows, remote training labs or special events.
  • Support other projects as assigned by Chief Commercial Officer.


  • You have a Bachelor’s BA/BS Degree in Business (Marketing) or relevant field.
  • You have at least 5 years of MedTech marketing management experience.
  • An experience in a medical device start’up is preferred.
  • An experience in Radiology, Image-Guided, and Robotics market experience is an advantage.
  • You have a solid experience creating, implementing, and managing multiple projects at one time.
  • An experience with first-to-market medical device innovations is preferred.
  • You must have the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner, both in written and verbal form.
  • You have a demonstratable success in “starting from scratch” and building successful marketing operations.
  • You are self-motivated, detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to thrive and contribute in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • You are disciplined, high performer who acts with authority, vision, ownership, and accountability.
  • You are reliable, passionate, energetic, and ethical.
  • You are organized, efficient and capable of multitasking.
  • You are experienced with OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
