CIRSE 2022 will be held in Barcelona, Spain, September 10-14.
The European Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology (CIRSE) is a non-profit educational and scientific association that aims to improve patient care by supporting education, science, research and clinical practice in the field of cardiovascular and interventional radiology. The mission of CIRSE is to provide continuing education and training for its members, as well as other physicians and scientists with active personal involvement and interest in interventional radiology, and to promote the exchange of ideas and information for better definition of the role, direction, and goals of cardiovascular and interventional radiology as a subspecialty of radiology. CIRSE aims to improve the ethical, technical and physical conditions in cardiovascular and interventional radiology to enhance patient care.
CIRSE 2022 will cover the entire spectrum of interventional radiology topics, from well-established therapies to the latest hot topics, as well as the most recent data publications. The program will include different types of sessions: reflective sessions focused on the ins and outs of daily clinical practice, case-based discussions and video learning sessions offering excellent learning opportunities, as well as roundtable discussions addressing the most current issues in the field. CIRSE 2022 oncology sessions will focus on a variety of timely topics, such as kidney cancer management, oligometastatic disease and advanced OI technologies.
